Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee a place on a tour. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Ananda Boat Tours.We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations where necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.3. Pricing and PaymentAll prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.The website serves solely as a booking and reservation platform. No online payments are processed through the website.Payment for tours is made directly before departure and may be completed using:Cash
Credit or debit card (subject to availability of onboard payment facilities)
A reservation request submitted through the website does not constitute payment and is only considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from Ananda Boat Tours.Ananda Boat Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if payment has not been completed before the tour departure.4. Meeting Point and Arrival PolicyThe exact meeting point and departure instructions will be provided in the booking confirmation.Passengers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.Tours depart according to schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests who fail to arrive before departure may be considered a no-show and may not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling.Ananda Boat Tours is not responsible for missed departures caused by traffic conditions, parking difficulties, navigation errors, public transportation delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.5. Cancellation and Refund PolicyCustomer CancellationsCancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure may be eligible for a full refund if any prepayment has been agreed upon.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to arrive for a scheduled tour will be treated as a no-show.
Operator CancellationsWe reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a tour due to:Unsafe weather conditions
Rough sea conditions
Technical or mechanical issues
Safety concerns
Insufficient passenger numbers
Force majore events
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, guests may be offered an alternative date or a refund of any amounts paid.6. Weather ConditionsAll tours are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions.The captain has sole authority to determine whether conditions are safe for departure, continuation, modification, or cancellation of a tour.For safety reasons, a tour may be delayed, shortened, rerouted, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time.7. Passenger ResponsibilitiesBy participating in a tour, passengers agree to:Follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew.
Respect other passengers and crew members.
Arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
Behave responsibly throughout the tour.
Inform us of any medical condition or circumstance that may affect participation.
Passengers must not engage in any behavior that could endanger themselves, other passengers, crew members, wildlife, or the vessel.We reserve the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger whose behavior is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate.No refund will be provided in such circumstances.8. SafetyParticipation in boat tours involves inherent risks associated with marine activities, including changing weather and sea conditions.By joining a tour, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.Passengers must comply with all safety instructions and use any provided safety equipment when instructed.Children must remain under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian at all times.9. Dolphin and Wildlife EncountersOur tours are designed to maximize opportunities to observe dolphins and other marine wildlife in their natural habitat.However, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.All wildlife encounters are conducted responsibly and in accordance with applicable environmental protection regulations and ethical wildlife viewing practices.Guests must not attempt to touch, feed, chase, or disturb marine animals.10. Personal PropertyPassengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.Ananda Boat Tours accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of personal property brought aboard the vessel.Guests are advised to secure valuable items appropriately.11. Photography and MediaGuests may take photographs and videos for personal use during tours.We may occasionally take photographs or videos during tours for promotional and marketing purposes.By participating in a tour, you grant Ananda Boat Tours permission to use photographs or videos in which you may appear unless you inform us before departure that you do not wish to be photographed.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ananda Boat Tours shall not be liable for:Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of enjoyment
Loss of personal belongings
Delays or interruptions caused by weather, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
Events arising from force majore situations
